Cyril Circus Life: September 2012

Hello readers,

I want to share with you guys about one of my dearly love, my 'Mamang' meaning "mother" in visaya. Well actually she is my 'Lula' (Grandma) but we used to call her mamang cause she is our second mother when my mother is not around. Her name is Simeona :3

She is definitely our angel!

I remember she teach us a philipino worship song and i just cant forget the song since then. The song does heal me when i feel down sometimes when i sing it. To know that shes there whenever we need her is just blessed. Thats why I Love her so much!

Unfortunately she died when we're still small. But God just love her so much and take her with him at paradise .

We love and misses her so much now. May her soul rest in peace.

hello readers !

I'm super excited and happy to just share with you guys about this function we did for Mr. & Mrs Freddy & Dalen wedding reception!

Well in the midst of August Mr. Mika met me at Promenade Hotel Tawau when i was working. He asked me if I do dance Sumazau for function! Here's our conversation sounded like !

Mika: Hey, kamu menari bah kan?
Me : Yeah! tapi tarian yang mana satu? modern ka tradisional ka?
Mika: Itu tarian bangsa kamu bah.
Me : (Giggled) Oh Sumazau ka??! hee
Mika: Iya bah, ada kawan saya punya wedding nanti tanggal 01/09
kamu boleh menari ka tuk malam tu?
Me : Ui! Buli bah! Confirm ka this?
Mika: Confrm bah!

Then he brought Ivy the sister of the bride to come meet me and we talk a bit. and so we started practising onwards!

I was trying to add our Bimbizangan family to four partner! but i guess it's not the right time yet. This time we are gladly to welcome two new family in Bimbizangan ! That is Cassey Wayne aka Owen & Ravelyn Diane aka Rav which is both my cousin and sibling with Rachel and Calvin. So other is remain except Marvyn as he cannot come for practise and was replace with Cassey. My dearly sister Stella May also cannot join this time cause she's in Langkawi now . Anyhow, we were sad atleast i am hee cause if i could i want them all to perform with us too but the time just not give us a chance yet, gotta understand the situation.

Theres a time when i find it's hard for me to accept things that meant to be especially when caught up with the moment where we all gather and have to discuss about our member on the guy side, theres 4 guys but 3 girls. just does not balance the group, and one have to withdraw to balance. It was tough decision for me and the member. i cried , yeah i did cause its just too much of me to handle it. I love each of Bimbizangans bha.

Enough with the sad story bha, so move on! Here's the Bimbizangans for the function!

After all the hardwork! Its time !

Early in the morning i woke up cause i get very excited! Got a phone call from Constance! She asked me wether she should brought her clothes together and shes on her way to my house for the RAPTAI!

Thats me in the room with morning excitedly smile! not long after that Cassey came to my room and we were like crazily excited !

Just moment after i took the picture, Constance arrive with cool bright outfit! i was like lets snap picture together! she just cant stop laughing with what going on with me! haha!

Around 10am we went to Dewan Lau Gek Poh (i always spell wrongly haha) with the boss my dady !

Arriving there was like a dream to me. The place was soOoooo beautiful! my jaw literally drop to see the building! It's huge for a hall! I told myself, THIS IS IT! you did something here and just make it happen tonight!

Met the bride and groom! Glad to see Mika and Ivy there too! We go check the stage where we about to perform that night instead of go raptai (dance) there. We want to make it suprise for them! When we arrive, there was a sound like drum play and in the minute, we saw a group of elderly dancing . The dance is a traditional dance. Maybe a Toraja dance!

After we look at the stage which is HUUUGGEEee too. We decided to go back home to practise for the last time before throwing ourselves out there and impress the crowd ! but before we do that! as usual! Its Snap Snap time! So here's some of the pictures of us going crazy!

Performance Time!

On the early night, we were honor to lead the groom and the bride together with the family!

It was a wonderful walk i ever felt since long time already haha XD

So after all the speech and the Toraja dance,

It was dinner time! We were about to eat but they asked us to perform already! confuse.. we just go the backstage and get ready!

We gather before dance and cheer each other up and we are ready to perform!

Then, we started dance just after the gong play...

Performing with the other Bimbizangan is so fun! The crowd was ok.

After we perform we got the chance for the FIRST TIME to take a picture of us together in traditional outfit! it was such amazing moment !

I was doing a duet with Rachel with 'Endless Love', Cassey with 'Hero' and Calvin with 'Tanak Kampung'

The minute Calvin sang the song, people get excited and dance the sumazau at the same time! thats the first time i saw Mr. Mika dance ! haha it was hilarius! We dance the poco2x too!
