Carlsberg Diamond Idol 2013

Dear readers, how are you?!
it's been awhile since my last post right? well i'm back with more stories of me!


As usual, im waiting for opportunity to come and to grab it as soon as possible haha! This time, Carlsberg Diamond Idol 2013 giving me chance to show my capibility or my progress in my singing career.

DO I HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE AN IDOL???? let seee hahaha


AUDITION DAY 28/08

Above picture taken after our audition which is on 23rd August at Zsa Zsa Zsu fun pub.

I sang "You raise me up" and "Belaian Jiwa" and the judge seems to like it but also commented that I should let go and eye contact with the judges and the audience as well. i would agree with that cause my nervous attack me when i the called my name as the first contestant as i thought i will be the 5th contestant and i wasnt ready yet! but YOLO! I just walk to the stage and trying to hide my nervous! hahahaha

because theres a lot of people who didnt show up , all of 9 of us get through to the final which is the next day!

FINAL DAY 29/08

My heart pumped so fast i could control my shaking hands but i try to calm myself by motivated myself .. hahaha!

Before we start anything, the emcee called all of us to take picture as below!

We even took picture of ourselves together (Wong, June, Me, Karen & Sandra)

Im not sure if you notice, i was the 7th contestant to perform and that is very good for me to prepare myself ! and then, my turn to perform.... I was supposed to sing "Home" by Micheal Bubble but the i change to "Sway" by the same singer cause i know that "Home" is not quite good to start the performance. I was quite enjoy with my performance cause i was doing the cha cha and just teasing the judge as I sang "Sway" by Micheal Bubble for the 1st song. :DD (make couple lyrics twisting right there as usual :/ )

The judges is very good to me as the really like my performance but they comment that i need to dance more and said that the song is to low for me ( i need to practise high note song then hehehe) I was happy with the comment given to me. :DDD

After all of us performed, the emcee once again called all of us to announce who will be able to qualify to the final round but before that, the judges were called to give us the Carlsberg Diamond Idol certify to prove that we have join the competition :DD

I wasn't expecting to qualify to TOP 5 round as all of them are amazing and most of them have the strong voice as if the control their voice extremely just perfect! So I just took the time to enjoy the moment. But then...

The emcee shouted my no. and my name !! I was so suprise !! happy aswell!! then we were asked to take a small Carlsberg envelope and to see our no. for the final round! i got no. 2nd *O*

I sang "Home" and im absolutely didnt expect to win with that song but to sing it with all my heart and i was singing someone very dearly to my heart  which is not in that room .. not here not anywhere in Sabah also.. but yeah i was just sing from the heart.. the judges seems quite like it.. Ultimately i was happy to get the 4th place overall and just be thankful for the opportunity given by the Carlsberg to share my talent :))

This competition has open my eyes and my heart that I CAN DO THIS and i was PROVEN that i have my TALENT as a singer ! & i will absolutely will be more prepare with awesome song  for the next one !!!

turning point...

      Saw this photo taken at MPT Tawau for the Pesta Kebudayaan Tawau at the KDCA Tawau page and i was like =_=' ... this performance could be the most remember of my singing carrier but turns out the worse experience of my entire life. Management horribly sucks yet wanted an international performance. Buruk punya perangai! Menunding jari sana sini mimang tu perangai no wonder au buli maju bangsa !!

       I quit at the last minute because of the rearrange of the singer kunun. Au katahanan sama the management sudah , my own leader didnt help me at all so thank you so much to all of you..

        But i thank you Lord for giving this opportunity to taste hows it like to live in this reality of showbiz. Beside I met a lot of talented people and good people here.
  
        God does not abandoned me after the insidence. not long after that i get a lot of offer from many places!! Just a week after the Pesta, i trained for the Filipino performance, Modelling, Sumazau, Dancing as  shared to you on previous post :D and i just finish all of the performance this month!

         GOD IS GOOD INDEED! He may not give you what you want but He surely will give you more that you wish for if you just be patience and trust Him! Just like i said, its a turning point for me!

Ollaa, I'm back!!

dear readers,

   HAIIIII!! Miss me? yeah I know i miss you guys too, lol. yalah, it's been a month since i updated my blogkan because i was still busy preparing for my next performances on that time but no worry cause here i am now with my Lemon juice ready to update you what had happening to me!!

but yes i did it and all praise and thanksgiving to God alone :)
also i wanna thank you all my family & friends for giving me support with all of that, its imposilbe for me to the things i love the most while im still young kan, while masih kuat badan bilang XD

         last night was my very first offically experience in modeling. i did my first catwalk fashion show with other awesome models for Secretary night under Peter Dikili agency.

       first we did a casual wear as on the first picture it was nerve-racking at the same time very excited cause im feeling im about to go stage as a model not a singer or a dancer which i have a lot of experiance and then we did beach wear. where we just wear our sport pant. very little one. kinda awkward but i glad i did. and then we have Bridal. i love the outfit that im wearing cause it so good on me plus it was comfortable.  Last but not least a evening wear. this is our finale outfit as you can see at the second picture.

    overall i think this is such a good start for me to started my carrier in modeling. just so blessed to have such experience with awesome and profesional people also im looking forward for my next catwalk!
